So, what's professional business support, exactly?
Professional business support is a service I offer remotely to help you streamline tasks and enhance your productivity. I assist you with various administrative, creative, or technical tasks, including business and project management.
In other words, I help you get shit done from my laptop so you can focus on the things that only YOU can do.
(Which is usually most of the revenue-generating activities like sales, marketing, and meeting with clients.)
I work with my own tools and software, and when necessary, I securely login into – or get added as team members to – your various online accounts, and I perform my tasks from anywhere at anytime without the need for you to pay for office space. It's pretty awesome!

My Toolkit:
Online tools & platforms are always evolving and being developed, and I've used a bunch over the years. Some I may be familiar with, some I'm willing to try out, some I highly recommend and some I recommend avoiding altogether– I'll always be honest about what I do or don't feel confident in so you can receive the best support for you.
Single Consulting Sessions:
This is a great option if you have a specific need or issue you'd like to talk through in real-time.
We'll have up to 90 minutes, and we can simply talk or screenshare– whatever works best for your needs.
You'll receive a listening ear, thoughtful questions, and personalized suggestions you can start implementing right away to support you and your business.
A recap will sent to you after our session.
Note: This is NOT business coaching/consulting. I only consult on things related to the who/what/how of getting things done in your business (i.e. I discuss implementing what you've already decided on or have received input on from your own business coach).
Project-Based or Hourly Support:
This option is for you if there's something you need to do, but just don't have the time, OR you simply don't have the know-how and need support. Whether it's file organization, copywriting/editing, setting up booking software, or something else, this is a great start.
No two projects are the same, which means one may be simple and straight-forward, whereas another may require more time on the front-end for gathering and organizing info.
For some projects, I may be able to provide a flat project rate, and for others, it makes more sense to purchase a block of hours.
Blocks of time can be purchased in 5-hour increments ($425), and all first-time clients receive a 'Discovery Package' with their first block of time.
A Discovery Package Includes:
- A complimentary 60 minutes of extra time for first-time clients to go towards Project Planning & Setup (any additional discussions about your project, sharing necessary login information, etc.)
- 5 Hours of Support to be used in just about any area
(Hourly support is also available if that's what's best for smaller projects/needs)
90-Day Retainer:
This package is for you if you need dedicated support– someone who can come in and help you not only figure out what you need, but get things done.
Maybe you need help documenting, organizing, and refining all the moving parts of your business so you know where things are and how they all fit together– systems matter, and I can help you create a solid foundation so you have the structure and support you need to keep growing your business.
Or maybe you have specific goals you'd like to reach (for example: publish content consistently, create a new digital product, launch a website, etc.), and you need support with knowing what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and who can do it (for some deliverables, you may need other team members besides me and decide to have me project manage).
Packages start at $1,700/mo.
An initial Discovery Package may be needed to determine if a retainer package is the best fit for you.

My process involves taking what you've written and:
- improving sentence structure
- trimming down repetitiveness
- clarifying your message
- providing suggestions for more detail
- as well as some copywriting (i.e. rewrites/changes), as needed
You'll know you're ready for me if you've written as much as you can, and you can clearly convey to me WHO will be reading your work and WHAT you want them to know and/or do.
Copyediting can be used for everything from a few webpages to a whole website, to blog posts, to social media content, to ebooks... just about anything, really!
No two projects are the same and some may need more polish and development than others.
